For people with epilepsy, their families and care partners:
We encourage you to connect with us to book an online or in person education session for you and your family. The education session averages in length from 60-90 minutes depending on your individual questions. It’s your opportunity to learn more about seizures, to know when a seizure is a medical emergency and to discuss ways to minimize risk and manage your epilepsy.
For health care providers:
Clinic to Community© is a referral program for individuals with a seizure disorder or a diagnosis of epilepsy. If you would like your patient to receive an epilepsy education session please send us a fax referral today.
